It looks like yours are small so this might work for you. <br /><br />I clean cut the potatoes into wedges (skin on). Each tater cuts into 6 or 8 wedges depending on the size. I use 1 tater per person.<br /><br />Place the wedges into a galloin zipper baggie. Add about 2 TBPS of olive oil, salt, and about 1 tbsp of parsley. <br /><br />Toss them around in the SEALED (lol) bad shake 'n bake style. <br /><br />place them on a baking sheet and bake at 350 until tender. <br /><br />Voila! Parsley potatoes.
