You just cut it into wedges/slices add some veggies you might want roasted (we used onions, radish, carrots, tomatoes - anything works) then roast for a bit (I'm an intuitive cook I suppose) and top with olive oil, herbs, and lemon juice - maybe even some steak. <br /><br />Broccoli roasted with onion, garlic, and lemon zest and then topped with lemon juice is pretty scrumptiousAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
