- Far from my reliance on AOL, I'm rockin' the gmail account -- I've even figured out how to create and use filters to better manage my e-mail
- I have a Twitter account -- two, as a matter of fact (@4thfrog and @allthingsaging) -- and thanks to Tweetdeck, I use them and use them well. I even know how to unfollow and block tweeps I find repulsive or annoying.
- When my birthday rolls around later this month, I WILL have a smart phone ($99 iPhone, thank you very much) so I can text, tweet and roll with the best of them
- I can blog on two different platforms, Blogger and Wordpress (even though I don't love Wordpress)
But all in all, I'd say I've made remarkable progress in my technological prowess over the past year. I wish I could say the same thing for the state of my house.

Welcome to the 21st Century! I'm just a little bit behind you, but I'm getting there!
hahaha! my word verification is butdad (sounds like a whiny kid... But DAD!!!!)
As much as I tease you about your reverse midas touch, you have come a long way and until this post, I failed to recognize that.
It seems like yesterday you were learning how to cut and paste, now look at you (actually I think it WAS yesterday).
Just PLEASE PLEASE, don't touch my computer, change the set stations on your car radio, or buy anything on the AppleTV before you get certified.
Well you have exceeded me on many levels but I am just cranky about some technology. Heck I work at an Institute of Technology and our Electronic instructors can be total technodweebs with some issues.
Way to go its a great feeling. I am actually blogging (privately for now) my journey with computers and online stuff - my affair with computers started in 1974!!!
Oh and the header on my blog is from our inlet - its a picture our darling photographer took during our wedding last October - I just loved the colours on the trees. And I LOVE our inlet.
This little picture >>>>
is another wedding shot - she was outside on the deck shooting to the inside you can see the reflection of the trees - if you squint.
