Wordless Wednesday: Stress Relief

Stress relief

(For the record, I walked two laps around the perimeter of the hospital grounds first and the ice cream was individual servings of the low-fat, slow churned variety.)

To blow off a little of your own steam, check out more Wordless Wednesday posts here.

Ah, seems like my kind of stress relief!
And hey, it's the slow churned stuff and you seemed to have had some portion control. I say good for you! If you're anything like me, NOT having some would have meant eating a whole lore more of it later on a binge.

1st thought - not sure the pints of ice cream are really individual servings.

2nd thought - screw my first thought, you deserve to treat yourself, you've been through the wringer and better to treat than to binge!

Those weren't pints. They were tiny 6oz. servings each. Total it was 12g of fat. Not great, but much better than the 22g of fat in the Hagen Dasz bar I first had my grubby little hands on!

12g of fat is nothing compared to what you & Denzel can burn off!

For me, the food with the greatest soothing properties is popcorn.

GOOD FOR YOU for just having the individual portion of stress-relief instead of the quart-sized version. Very proud of you, girl.
